Tour Guide

We are on a mission to find a few friendly faces for our Tour Guide position. Our customers & animals mean the world to us, so we’re looking for the best!
Requirements are as follows:
– Must have a GO-GETTER attitude & be eager to learn
– Excellent customer service
– Availability on weekends, holidays and over the summer
– Basic knowledge about animals is a plus, but not required
This position starts at $14/hr (plus tips) with the potential for more as you take on more responsibility within our team.

Petting Zoo Attendant

Our park continues to grow by leaps and mounds. So, we need eager, friendly faces to assist our customers down in the petting zoo. This position is a little less responsibility but allows the applicant to socialize with humans and animals alike!
Requirements are as follows:
– Must have a GO-GETTER attitude & be eager to learn
– Excellent customer service
– Availability on weekends, holidays and over the summer
– Basic knowledge about animals is a plus, but not required
This position starts at $12/hr with the potential for more as you take on more responsibility within our team. Job expectations are simple: follow instructions, be kind to our visitors and help keep our park clean. This would be perfect for a high-schooler or just someone looking to really enjoy work!

Ranch Hand

This position is currently filled. But we are always accepting applications!

We’re looking for a ranch hand to keep up with our ever-growing park and diverse projects!
Requirements are as follows:
– Must have a GO-GETTER attitude & be eager to learn
– Ability to operate machinery, welder, basic tools are all a plus; but not required
– Motivation to work alone, or with a partner
– Availability Monday through Friday
– Basic knowledge about animals is a plus, but not required
This position starts at $15/hr with the potential for more as you take on more responsibility within our team.

We are open EVERYDAY!

The only days that the Exotic Resort Zoo is closed is Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. We also do a late start on New Year’s Day and an early closure on Christmas Eve!

Guided Tour or Drive-Thru?

We offer one-of-a-kind Guided Tours (tractor ride) through the park. With us, a dedicated guide will tell you all about our wonderful animals and the best ways to interact with them. You may buy tickets online or in-house for this experience! Typical wait time for a Guided Tour is about 30-45 minutes in the petting zoo. However, they are definitely worth the wait for a unique experience!

If you are interested in the Drive-Thru (your vehicle) option, hundreds of animals will invade your personal space! For this touroption, we encourage you to buy tickets online to reserve a spot. Just click the ‘Buy Tickets’ option & proceed!

What about BAD weather?

In the event of freezing or rainy weather, our Guided Tours may come to a stop! However, you are welcome to still tour in your own vehicle if that is the case. Visit our Instagram or Facebook page for the most recent updates!
